Today, PortSys, Inc. announced the general availability of their GeoAvail product. GeoAvail is designed to help organizations meet the demands of large scale deployments of their Microsoft UAG technologies.
GeoAvail provides the ability to increase the size and scale of a company’s infrastructure by extending a local array to locations anywhere in the world. GeoAvail then allows for automatic failover to the next closest and available access point should their primary access point be unavailable for any reason. Additionally, GeoAvail also provides the capability to balance access loads across the globe so that organizations can provide a single URL for access from any location.
