MARLBOROUGH, MA – March 23, 2022 – The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) today approved the addition of Total Access Control™ (TAC) from PortSys to its Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Approved Products List (CDM-APL).
CISA leads the national effort across the U.S. to defend critical infrastructure against the threats of today, while working with partners across all levels of government and in the private sector to secure against the evolving risks of tomorrow. CISA conducted an extensive review of TAC’s technical capabilities as well as its alignment with the mission and objectives outlined in the CDM program before granting approval.
TAC combines multiple technologies together into a single Zero Trust solution for enterprise organizations in the public and private sectors to provide centralized control over access to local and cloud resources, from any device in any location.
The CDM Program provides cybersecurity tools, integration services and dashboards for critical infrastructure to support government agencies in improving their security posture. The program’s objectives are to:
PortSys currently deploys TAC in government agencies as well as public and private institutions across the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. TAC provides increased security, a simpler user experience, and easy deployment of the Zero Trust approach required by President Biden’s recent Executive Order within their existing infrastructure.
